This is a medium handmade wooden stirring spoon made from salvaged Apple wood that I got from a tree service.

Size: 11 1/2 inches by 2 1/4 inches. Style: Shaker style, with a medium-deep, hybrid spatula spoon for light mixing and scraping out mixing bowls. Wood: salvaged Apple wood. Apple wood is such a fine wood for utensils that last. It is hard, dense, smooth-grained, and resistant to cracking. They used to make wooden gears out of it, that’s how tough it is.
